Parental Content Advisory
Genre lines blur. What is considered YA is not always clear and can be downright shocking to some parents! I get it — I’m a parent too, trying to navigate this.
I classify my novels as upper YA or adult, which means they contain content that is not suitable for all audiences. You know your child best. I wanted to make it easy for parents to decide what content is appropriate for their individual child or family.
The guide below highlights some of the heavier themes, topics, and content in each book. Books are listed in order, with details plus a recommended conservative age range for you to review. I leave it to parental discretion as to what content your child is ready for and what you’re willing to have a conversation about.
